For the execution of our business we set the bar even higher. What activities can be more efficient or better? How can the environmental impact of our operations be reduced?

CO₂ Footprint

The CO₂ footprint is a calculation of the CO₂ (carbon dioxide - global warming) caused by Ned Air in the number of tons of CO₂. This includes the consumption of natural gas, electricity, fuel for company cars, lease cars, business travel by private cars and the amount of traffic kilometers converted into CO₂ emissions. To be able to reduce CO₂ emissions it is necessary to have insight into these emissions. That we have mapped out for ourselves, so we made SMART goals for the long term to ease the relative CO₂ emissions to reduce. The calculations were made based on the currently accepted guidelines (CO₂ performance ladder) established by Prorail.

We currently have level 2 on the CO₂ performance ladder. We strive within 6 months to get level 3. Since CO₂ is a matter for everyone and we want to be transparent in our footprint, we have registered on the site for Bouwend Nederland.
