Dynamic Cooling

The CoolLine unit works according to the principle of indirect dew point cool air created by evaporating water. The warmer the ambient air outside, the greater the cooling effect. No water is removed from or added to the air as it is blown in. This means that the internal climate remains comfortable and the atmosphere does not become clammy. Complete segregation of process air and conditioned ventilation air means that there is no risk of legionella infection.

In addition to the usual uses, this innovative and energy-efficient method of cooling is also suitable for places where it is difficult to use current cooling technology. The cooling unit offers a large ventilation volume without the need to add moisture. Thus, completely new uses for cooling technology are feasible for a relatively low outlay. Such as gyms, data centres, production facilities, showrooms, shopping centres etc.

A summary of the benefits
  • Unique functions

The CoolLine's innovative method of cooling makes it suitable, apart from the usual uses, for use in places where it is difficult to use current cooling technology. The CoolLine offers you a large ventilation
volume without the need to add moisture. Thus completely new uses for cooling technology are feasible for a relatively low outlay, such as gyms, production facilities, showrooms, shopping centres etc.

The CoolLine uses the principle of indirect dew point cooling. Fresh air is cooled by the evaporation of water until it approaches the dew point.

  • Easily Integrated

The CoolLine is ideal for use as a 'stand-alone' unit. The unit can be mounted externally or internally, if internally, the required fresh air can be drawn in (from outside) through an inlet duct, and the processed air discharged to the atmosphere via an internal duct system.

CoolLine units can be connected in serial operation conveniently to make a single, larger unit. Here you will find some examples of CoolLine installation possibilities.

The CoolLine does not use environmentally-harmful CFCs (or Freons), so the CoolLine can be installed without the need for a officially qualified engineer.

  • EER (Energy Efficiency Ratio)

In addition to its unique functions, the CoolLine is extremely energy-efficient compared to traditional cooling technology.

In order to obtain 2460 m3 of conditioned air per hour, cooling water and an electrical input of 750 W max. for the fan is required. This is enough to cool a room with a cubic capacity of 300 - 400 m2 (depending on the internal heat load). With the CoolLine you can save up to 85% on your energy costs.

  • TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)

The guiding thought behind the development of the CoolLine was to give our customers the lowest possible total cost of ownership (TCO). If you look beyond purchase alone, you will also gain economical use.
