NKD series (packaged AHU's)


Ned Air produces air handling units with capacities ranging from 500 up to 150,000 m³/h in all shapes and sizes according to customer specifications, provided your wishes are within our technical range. The modular panel structure offers countless possibilities. Do you need a vertically positioned air handling unit in an existing elevator shaft? A U-shaped unit? A unit that takes up a minimum amount of space? Ned Air will be able to provide the ideal solution!

Principal features:

  • all models are double-walled, panel thickness 44 mm, basic modular size 350 mm
  • sendzimir panels, coated in RAL 9002 (200 micron) on the inside and the outside

  • environmentally friendly, non-flammable insulation (glass wool, compressed 165kg/m3)

  • provided as standard with galvanised foundation frame

Switching gear and controls

All our units come with integrated switching gear and controls, operated from a special switchboard behind one of the doors. At an extra charge, you can order customised controls of your preferred make that offer just the type of functionality you need. The sequential frequency controls for ventilator motors and the pressure gauge are optional items which, when combined, ensure a pressure-regulated system with a variable volume.
