Choices that minimize TCO for EveryLine:
Optimum dimensioning

We have dimensioned the EveryLine exactly to your needs, so the air velocity within the unit never exceeds 1.5 m/s. This means lower pressure drops across the unit's components, no unnecessary air noise and significantly lower energy consumption by the fans. The combination of low air velocity and a large filter area, results in a longer life cycle and a lower pressure drop.

High efficiency (ŋ90%)

By choosing the EveryLine range of heat-recovery units a balanced climate can be achieved in a range between 1.650 m3/h to 10.500 m3/h. A thermal high efficiency of 90%* will be realised based on the nominal air volume. The high efficiency aluminium plate heat exchanger, using the counter-flow principle, guarantees fullyseparated air streams. The return air is thus never allowed to mix with the fresh air supply. The heat exchanger is a high-quality corrosion and seawaterresistant component, and is fully recyclable.

The EveryLine unit comes, fitted as standard, with a patented bypass module. The bypass allows optimum use of cool, ambient air, both in the summer months (including night ventilation in summer) and in the event of high internal heat load. The bypass damper is controlled by the Ned Air control package, this allows the unit to maintain the ideal internal climate with the lowest possible energy consumption.

EC fans

The EveryLine range is equipped with energy-efficient direct current EC*-fans. Using brushless EC fans with variable speed control (0-10V), an average energy saving of 30% compared to traditional fans is achievable. Depending on design parametres, other, alternative fans may be applicable. For example, a particular duct layout may require an alternative fan/motor configuration. Filters

The units are equipped with long life F7 filters in the air supply line and G4 filters in the extract air. Alternative filters are available for a diverse range of applications such as in clean rooms. These include F9 cartridge filters, HEPA filters or activated carbon filters.

Housing

The housing of EveryLine units consists of 44 mm thick cold-bridge free, treated sandwich panels of galvanised steel. This prevents corrosion and extends the unit's service life. Given the unique solid construction of the panels (100% cold-bridge free), no framework is needed. The panels are coated with a 200 μm coating (colour: goose-wing grey, RAL 9002) inside and out.

Insulation

The panels consist of environmentally-friendly, fire-resistant mineral wool. The mineral wool is compressed to 165 kg/m3. The thermal insulation value (K = 0.59 W/m2K) prevents condensation and energy loss. The insulating material is water-repellent, with antibacterial protection. An added advantage is the high acoustic damping down of the compressed mineral wool.
