Control systems

For ease of installation, our units are fully pre-wired:

•  VMC next control system exactly tailored for the unit comes as standard.
•  Alternatively a web-based control system is available with extensive remote control options for the unit orthe option of connection to a BMS.
•  A pre-wired internal terminal box supplied by NedAir, can be connected to a third party control system

VMC^next

The VMC next control system is developed to ensure the high efficiency of Ned Air heat recovery units to the maximum in all situations. The VMC next control system protects the unit against frost and ensures that the unit always achieves the desired comfort level. The VMC next facilitates 'ventilation on demand' based on CO2 levels, pressure or relative humidity. Ventilation can be controlled manually or automatically using a timer.
The bypass is automatically controlled depending on the temperature and also has a 'summer-night' setting.

A remote control is available for the VMC next. The remote control can either be built into a control panel or attached on a wall.

Web-based control system

Using our web-based control system the unit can be connected via the internet. The control system incorporates an in-built web server, enabling the unit to be monitored in any location. By connecting a network cable (TCP/IP) to the control system, the unit can be operated and monitored in real time via a web browser. Wherever you are, even if you are travelling, you can operate the unit with you mobile phone, which offers maximum flexibility.

Terminal box

All units are wired internally to a terminal box. When a third party control system applies, only the main power supply and the third party control system need wiring up to the internal terminal box and the power supply to the external isolator. Within the Ned Air terminal box all control elements can be found neatly arranged and easily accessible.

Upon request an alternative control module can be fitted into our unit, which Ned Air will wire to our terminal box. Moreover, we will support you with a control description so that the software in the third party control system can be configured to match your unit.
